The internal YouTube dashboard of Bokin

Bokin Quản lý is an internal tool of Bokin. It shows Bokin's staff, in one place, the daily statistics of the YouTube channels that belong to the company: views, watch time, subscribers and estimated revenue, with daily totals and notices when a channel's numbers change sharply.

Who uses it

Only Bokin staff. The dashboard is not open to the public: staff sign in with their company account, and each staff member sees only the channels assigned to them.

How a channel is added

A company administrator asks the Google account that owns a Bokin channel to sign in with Google and agree to share the channel's statistics. The app asks Google only for read-only access:

• youtube.readonly: the channel's name, picture and public counts, and the titles of its videos;
• yt-analytics-monetary.readonly: the channel's daily YouTube Analytics reports, including estimated revenue.

The app never uploads, edits or deletes anything on YouTube. The owner of a channel can remove the access at any time from their Google Account.
