Bokin Quản lý ("the app") is an internal tool of Bokin that shows Bokin's staff the statistics of YouTube channels owned by the company. This policy explains what the app reads from Google, how it is used and kept, and how to remove it.

YouTube API Services

The app uses YouTube API Services. When you connect a channel, Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

What the app reads

When the owner of a channel signs in with Google and agrees, the app reads, with read-only access:

• the email address of the Google account used to connect (scopes openid and email), so that administrators know which account a channel is connected with;
• the channel's ID, name, handle and picture, its subscriber, view and video counts, and the titles, pictures and view counts of its videos (scope youtube.readonly);
• the channel's daily YouTube Analytics reports: views, watch time, average view duration, subscribers gained and lost, likes, comments, shares and estimated revenue (scope yt-analytics-monetary.readonly).

The app cannot and does not upload, edit or delete anything on YouTube or in the Google account.

How it is used

Only to show these statistics to Bokin staff on the company's internal dashboard: daily numbers, totals across channels, the most watched videos, and notices when a channel's numbers change sharply. Each staff member sees only the channels assigned to them.

How it is kept

• On the company's own server, in a data folder that only the app can read. The dashboard is behind the company's sign-in.
• The token Google gives the app for a channel stays on that server. It is never shown on any page or sent to anyone other than Google.
• The statistics are refreshed from YouTube every day while the channel is connected.

Sharing

Google user data is not sold, not shared with or transferred to other companies, not used for advertising and not used to train AI models. It is seen only by Bokin staff for the purpose above.

Bokin Quản lý's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Cookies and your device

The app does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The company sign-in service in front of the dashboard uses a cookie only to keep staff signed in.

Removing access and deleting data

• The owner of a channel can remove the app's access at any time on the Google security settings page. The app then stops reading the channel.
• A company administrator can disconnect a channel in the app, which also asks Google to cancel the access, and can delete the channel together with all of its stored statistics.
• To have a channel's data deleted, contact the administrator of Bokin Quản lý.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
